Selling a Chicago Luxury Home
Chicago Luxury Homes helps homeowners market high-end listings online and our sellers’ representatives work outside the cyber sphere to ensure you get the best price for your Chicago property. By targeting the proper market, we optimize your home’s visibility with qualified buyers. This website attracts people interested in purchasing luxury condos, lofts, townhomes and houses in the Chicago area. So doesn’t it make sense to put your listing where the buyers are looking?
It’s a different world today than even five years ago. The real estate business has shifted to the web and while placing classifieds in the Sunday paper is still an active practice, it just doesn’t compare to the enduring presence of online ads. This is an age of computer-users. At home, at work, while we’re out walking around --- consumers today are plugged in 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So just imagine the number of views an online listing gets compared with a one-time shot in the real estate section of the Tribune!
On top of effective marketing, our consultants can help sell your luxury home by finding the right pre-qualified buyer for your new construction loft in Bucktown, lakefront condominium in Edgewater, quiet family home in Niles or fashionable townhouse in Lincoln Park. As experienced specialists on the local real estate scene, your agent has access to the pool of luxury house hunters and can match fitting homebuyers up with your property.
